Not only do I agree with KenPom about Loyola, UCLA, Arizona State but the Bonnies finished higher in a better conference. You'd rather play against Cuse and Boeheim rather than SDSU and their first year head coach?!
You're playing against the MWC #4! Great matchup! And it's right up the road!
He still has Steve Fisher's players and likely has him whispering advice in his ear. This Cuse team is nothing special and was likely the last team in. We know Arizona State is a wreck that only made it because of what they did months ago. They lost to Stanford and Colorado in their last two games and the Oregon twins with a win over Cal sandwiched in between those four. Loyola is a relative unknown because of who their conference slate. They're the second least favorite team I'd like to face because of them having a chip on their shoulder.
Finally, UCLA was nothing special this year either.

The lamentations and teeth gnashing and hair pulling is quite dramatic. Listen to me carefully: the MWC is terrible in the tournament. Houston by 20.

And so is the AAC by that logic. So something has to give.

Only bad draw for Houston was getting sent to Wichita. Had their players not been total @$$hats after the WSU game it would have been like a home game for them in Wichita, now the crowd will be fully for SDST.

That's pretty insane. then again other teams earning credits for the conference is a foreign concept to shock fans

I just want a win. I don't care if it's the ugliest game we've played all year and we win by 1 point on a terrible call. Just win. Our last win in the NCAAs was 1984.

Holy hell are some WSU fans still upset that a kid put his finger to his mouth for a split second after a huge win? You'd think he committed genocide by the sound of it, get over it already and support the conference teams, it will only help your program in the long run anyway. Or you can continue to hold a silly grudge because some 22 year old kid is stuck on your mind constantly.. Up to you.

It wasn't for a split second.
Look, if the kid wants us to shhh, then we'll shhh. Why is everybody so upset if that's what the kid wants?
I guess the whole moral of the story is... win with class, it might help ya out down the road.

I guess Galen Robinson should not have walked up to the WSU play-by-play announcer and yell "f... you" at WSU fans.

It wasn't for a split second, fine. Point is he made a gesture that was in the heat of the moment, that actually wasn't that bad in the grand scheme of life and sports. Seeing some say they wont support UH because of that is just as petty, if not worse than what the kid you're so upset about did. Root for the conference, I know many of your fans will, but still seeing "the incident" brought up in this thread about matchups is a bit excessive and obsessive.

Ok I call BS. Galen is a stand up kid, known him and his family for years. The only way I could imagine him doing something like that is if the WSU crowd was getting nasty first. Which given some of the posters we see on here, just might have happened.

It's not a big deal to you because you're a neutral observer that wasn't at the other end of it.
I'm not sure why I'm not allowed to not be ok with a guy acting like that. There are literally thousands and tens of thousands of examples of players playing in big games, winning them, and not acting like a toolbag. It wasn't even a rivalry game or didn't have bad blood (supposedly). It was a win in the conference semifinals over a team they had already beaten. Why can't the kid ever be held accountable of his actions? Because it occurred in the "heat of the moment" that's just supposed to excuse everything?
If Gray simply raised his fists up there, yelled at the top of his lungs, jumped up for joy, and got into then handshake line, there's nothing here. But instead, he had to do something that left opposing fans pretty sour about. I don't appreciate a guy going over to an arena full of fans just after they lost and beat em down with a shhh gesture. Why should the fans be expected to display class when the freaking players on the floor aren't? Does that make sense?
You'll get some cheers in Wichita by fans who are ignorant of the whole issue, didn't see it, or don't care about it. But if I choose not to support an act like that, why can't I? Who cares?

Ok, you're now making assumptions and therefore talking out of your ass. You can only go by known facts.
And you're telling me WSU fans say anything different in any other opposing arena environment, and that excuses the player to act like that?

What known facts? Unless you show me footage of him saying it then I call BS. It was a good game. I tried to congratulate you guys on a hard fought battle but all you want to do is make the game about Rob telling your fans to shut up. The same thing happened after the Cincy game last week, when yall tried to paint the Cincy players as unsportsmanlike for celebrating on your court. It's obviously how yall cope with losses.
Root for whoever you want to root for, I'll be pulling for all the AAC teams to advance in the NCAAT.

I don't care if you root for us, and my pointing out I don't care doesn't mean I care either.
You must be smoking that wheatie if you think it means that!
Please, DON'T root for us. We don't need your support and it seems like it would cause you major anxiety and giving you a serious 3rd Place inferiority complex.
