Is Trump Replacing McMaster with Bolton?
Apparently, there's some chatter that Trump is about to fire McMaster and replace him with John Bolton.

Wow, that would be a bit disturbing. Bolton was a firm supporter of the Iraq War and pretty much still defends it.

No idea if this is going to happen. But thoughts?

Don't like his politics, but I like the fact that he's not afraid to ditch a bad advisor. We've had presidents that went very astray at certain points because they were afraid of doing exactly that.

Basically, he's going from the C team to the F team. Just going from bad to worse. I'm kind of expecting him to appoint Steve Ducey to a Cabinet position shortly.

You believing that things are going from bad to worse, for me, is a great sign that things are going from good to great. 04-cheers

That was my thought. If a leftie doesn't like it - that means it's probably good for the country.

If the president fills all his posts with people who think exactly like him, I'm not sure that that's the best thing for making correct decisions. You can make decisions quicker, and maybe have shorter meetings, that much is true. I don't know to what extent previous presidents did that, but most, if not all, didn't have nearly the turnover that Trump has had.

Bolton is the ultimate hawk, but he would bookend the straight talking Nikki Haley very nicely.......

Demoncraps didn't complain when Oblunder did just that. All of his choices were sycophants and perhaps because of that they will have to pay the piper in court.
