According to a Marquette article, here are the contestants' percentages:

Connor Burchfield, William & Mary (81-of-161, 50.3%)
Matt Farrell, Notre Dame (94-of-253, 37.2%)
Marcus Foster, Creighton (93-of-224, 41.5%)
Conner Frankamp, Wichita State (56-of-154, 36.4%)
Donovan Jackson, Iowa State (95-of-237, 40.1%)
Dakota Mathias, Purdue (96-of-206, 46.6%)
Andrew Rowsey, Marquette (125-of-301, 41.5%)
Jonathan Stark, Murray State (104-of-264, 39.4%)

I can't vouch for the accuracy of the percentages. The WYDaily article states that Connor made 89 3s this season.
