I'm going to say Texas. Nevada is a really good offensive team in the mold of Xavier or Wichita State, which both gave us major problems this season.

Thanks and most Panthers fans probably feel the same; we hoped to play a perfect game for a chance at an upset but didn't expect it necessarily. Simonds is only a sophomore and Mitchell still needs to work on few things during this offseason. We recruited some solid 4 star guards for depth next year...just need to find a 7 footer who can rebound to make this team complete. Hope we get to see you guys again in the future

Although is Nevada the team that is missing their point guard? They kind of faltered down the stretch, so maybe they would be the better match-up now.

I think we will grind Nevada down. They aren't deep and won't match up with us physically. I assume they look good in the first half and about midway through the second half UC makes its move and wins this going away. Jump shooting teams lose their legs against UC about midway through the second half....

UC's a gut puncher and midway through the second half is about the time the other team starts feeling it....


Case in point: Today vs GSU -UC was down 1 with 9min to go.....and then took over.
