It's tempting to pile on because a few of their posters were beyond annoying, self-righteous, and idiotic, but the majority of them have been good folks.

I'm bummed. Not taking any pleasure in this loss.

yeah team didn't click today. definitely not the same team that i got used to seeing in the regular season. unfortunately, there are no second chances in the tournament. im sure it was a hard year with the learning curve and the new foes and it may have taken its toll. im sure marshall will bring them back next year.

Yeah, I've been visiting this site for a while, never posted. Huge Wichita State fan. We definitely have some arrogant posters on here, but the large majority of Shocker fans are just regular fans of our team. I will be cheering for Houston and Cincy. So embarrassed about how we lost to Marshall, we played like we didn't care and the other team seemed to want it more.

Effort has never been an issue on any Marshall team until this year. Terribly disappointing.

No. Actually you guys troll everybody every game all game. I think some of you are so arrogant that they didn't even realize that they were trolling. Good luck in the off season because between the CGM to Louisville and losing 4star Alex Lomax to Memphis, things could get very dicey for you guys

Very true. Memphis has way too many. They aggravate me to the point I don't post on our board here.

But I've been on this board in its various forms for 10 years now, back when the old Big East was still in tact. With the exception of WVU fans, I don't recall any other fan base who has such a high percentage of trolls, arrogant dudes, and excuse makers actually posting here. Especially from a school just entering a new conference.

I realize it's a tiny fraction of the Wichita fan base, but it's all we have to go on.

I do. And I also believe that it is only right for those people to be challenged when situations like this arise. After going through (2) 0-12 seasons, you will NEVER see me count my W's before the clock hits zero. I will also push back against any of my fellow fans if they also do so. I believe this can result in an accumulation of negative energy type vibes that can actually cause your team to lose. It is otherwise known as karma.
