i use to think Guidry at 6. maybe still do. but damn, LeBo is working his way up there and Keating would be good at 6 too. I like his speed as the "second" lead off spot at 6. lots of options after Slater. Bowen/Donaldson works.

when Monte was in the 8 and Guidry at the 2, I was calling for that rearrangement almost immediately.....didn't know about Franklin, but he's a gimme at the 1......

gotta leave Lebo at the 9......I don't screw up that scenario with a 10 ft pole (I'm superstitious like that).....

it then becomes pick your poison at the 7-8.....

that's simply the way I see our best order at the plate moving forward.....

it wouldn't be difficult to install a mini-railtrack that changes position as req'd....that one would be too easy.....

but naw.......we be TTT baby....

A leadoff hitter needs to have a good eye at the plate and makes constant contact when he swings. Franklin is o for two on those characteristics....
