Almost as repetitve as these L’s you guys continue to accumulate. Couldn’t happen to a better bunch.

Gonna take another couple years as bad as this one to get us down to .500 in AAC conference play.
If you guys dont s**t the bed AGAIN in conference play you'll equal Navy for number of outright West division championships.
Congrats.
Better team won today.

As far as i know we will have 2 navy has one. Unless you’re saying 2015 doesn’t count which is BS since we beat y’all that year.

"Outright." Record book shows we were tied for first and you went to the CCG on tiebreaker (head to head, and you didnt just beat is you beat us soundly)

Its still bs! Im sorry but you cant be tied for first if you lose to the first place team. It literally defies logic that you can be in first simply because you have the same record. Thats like the nfl dual awarding division championships to teams with the same record. As far as im concerned it was an outright championship.

I know its not your rules though.

bull****. There was no penalty called on this chop block. Dirty ******* play. Navy OL straight dove at Oliver's knee from behind.

Check the video below. If you defend this kind of play then you can go **** yourself.

Yup. From that 3 second clip (looped) that could a should a been called as a a chop block.
Anyone have more than that 3 seconds?

I appreciate your honest assessment. I therefore retract my request that you **** yourself.

I got heated about that play, and several others. Navy-Houston is becoming a hell of a rivalry. Outside of that play, I'm more disgusted by the refs than anything Navy players did on the field.

And I can't stay too mad at Navy. Three of my grandparents are WWII Navy vets, including my 96-and-a-half-year-old Grandma (a WAVE).

No retraction necessary - it was clearly conditional.
Pass my thanks on to your grandparents. I'm happy to carry on the heritage they gave us.

How did this get moved to the Smack Forum? Healthy debate about cut block vs chop block vs cheating Navy o-lineman?
