SEC has been trying to be more powerful in basketball for a few years. Trying to invest in it more.

That's why Alabama came at Marshall with 4+ mil a year on the table last time around.

They will land some good coaches if schools dont at least try and pony up money to keep them where they are at.

Arkansas is an attractive job. SEC, big arena, and great fan support. And Arkansas has been one of the better programs in the SEC over time. As always the challenge is recruiting.

You have to be able to recruit Texas at Arkansas.

I was kidding. I think he is comfortable at Houston. He makes good money. His kids (I think) work for the school and he is getting long in the tooth. A rebuild is hard work.

Depends on the school. UCF Basketball is FAR from a destination job, similar to UCONN Football really.
