I tend to agree in a general sense. And given time that belief system really hardens more and more, and they literally sear their conscience away. The issue of conscience then becomes more about being a weapon since they have so seared their own conscience, which is why they always accuse us of weaponizing our conscience and morals. They know this is what they do so they assume the other side must be doing the same when they have deep moral objections.

Obviously its a generalization and does not apply in every case, but it seems to be a basic theme and core issue.

It is not up to the prosecution to declare the defendant "totally exonerated." When have you EVER heard a prosecutor declare that after he fails to make his case and loses? It is absolutely laughable.

At the end of the day... Mueller had to admit that he didn't have enough to charge Trump with obstruction, and he couldn't find proof that there was any collusion. However, he absolutely could NOT leave it at that... because the whole point of the Mueller investigation and ensuing report was to tarnish the image of Donald Trump. It is not Mueller's job to convict Trump, it is Congress'. He said as much in his closing statements. And based on your last sentence, you are clearly not even paying attention, based on clear, provable evidence listed in the report that details the exact opposite.
