I don't know whether to be mad at Geoff Collins, Paul Johnson, The Hill, or what.

Hello 1-11.

We're stuck with a head coach for seven years that can't figure out the QB position. He had this problem at Temple too.

Might as well drop to D-II

Oh, and Temple just beat the Maryland team that boat raced Syracuse last week.

Offense: F

Special Teams: F

Defense: D

Coaching: F

That was the worst offense I've ever seen at GT.  Bar none.  And the coaching on offense stoked the fires.  Lucas Johnson couldn't complete a pass, he never looked comfortable, he was sacked more than he even threw beyond the chains.  And GT coaching, seeing this in real time, decided to keep feeding Lucas the ball.  Un-f***ing-believable.

Season over.  Coach crippled.  Program at a generational low tide mark.  They can only dig their hole deeper the rest of the season.

Lastly, I'm not letting PJ off the hook.  This was also a scathing indictment on the talent level and how deeply awful defensive coaching has been in ATL for over a decade.

Pitt lose to PSU.
NCST lose to WVU.
VT lose to Furman.
GT lose to Citadel.
Louisville lose to Western Kentucky.
Miami lose to Bethune Cookman.
Duke lose to MTSU.
Clemson lose to Syracuse.
UVA lose to FSU.

How many of these things happen? I'll say 3.

Only Pitt and NC state games matter because they are against OOC P5.

Try convincing GT fans of that. Can you imagine the criticism the Acc gets if GT loses to an fcs team after VT struggles against another fcs team?

I said 3 of those things would happen. We had 3 happen by 4pm and almost 4.

Just when you think it can’t get worse for the league, another ACC team plays and looks bad. You all have me nervous now for UofL playing without our starting QB.

BC- Not only allows KU to end a 48 game road losing streak vs P5, they get blown out
VT- Struggles to beat Furman by 7. Paladins are good for FCS, but again, it’s FCS
NC St- Whipped by 17 vs a bad WVU. Eers only beat JMU by 7 & lost to Mizzou by 31
GT- Lose in OT to The Citadel. Towson & Elon did what the Jackets could not... beat Citadel
Pitt- Sadly their 17-10 loss to PSU may be best performance on this list. They had 1st & goal at the 1 late and couldn’t punch it in, then foolishly went for a near worthless 18 yd FG that they of course doinked off the upright.

What wears Gold and takes 23 seconds to run one play for a sack and a runoff penalty when they're in the red zone with a chance to win?

Also, I'd like to give congratulations to the three GT defenders who jawed up Citadel players after third down stops only to get flagged and keep Citadel on the field. I bet they weren't running their damn mouth after the game.

This conference is a joke this year. Worse than the Mountain West. Hopefully The Ville can actually win this game

Oklahoma's second string QB looked pretty good. That said, we were too predictable and the blocked punt for a TD at the end of the 3rd took all the air out of us.

Last year the ACC looked like garbage. This year literally the entire conference other than Wake, Clemson, and Louisville is even worse.

Jury is out on Collins. But I can raise an early flaming pitchfork for Dave Patenaude, that's for sure. I said loudly out loud "WTF?!?!?!" several times at the offense. Particularly all things Lucas Johnson.

I don’t believe it’s possible for Louisville to be worse than it was last season. The bar for this year as far as improving wasn’t set that high.

Can confirm sir, the Temple fans on the AAC board have been saying they both suck for 2 years.

Something about overhyped recruiting and brand gimmicks leading to very few meaningful wins.
