How soon your forget your stadium a few years ago. Teams have to start somewhere.

We were 0-12. Of course our stadium was empty, lol...

Tulane is 2-1 and supposed to challenge the division. Thats a stark difference in circumstance. I wouldn't have wanted our 0-12 team on TV... lol

I think we averaged around 30,000 during the 0-12 season.

And the needy cent. fla. fan chimes in making it about them.

Back on topic.

Was this your favorite coog it game ever?

I rank famous coog it's like this

1 Tulane
2. Memphis
3. Southern Miss.

What are your favs.

2015 at UCONN. The 1 behind the 13. They coog'd their undefeated, National Championship season to a Diaco-led UCONN.

Pony brought up UCF, nice try. Last nights game was my #1, but I'm not sure if my second favorite actually qualifies as "Coog'n It"
Getting stomped by UTSA in front of a sellout in their new stadiums first ever game.

Tag-along as Bevo’s little brother? That’s not... totally impossible.

The problem is negotiating terms between the PAC and UT.

Thats a pipe-dream. UT wants nothing to do with us.

Bevo wants nothing to do with *Anybody*, but they have to tag along with somebody. And the PAC is not going to plant it’s flag in Waco or Lubbock.

Tech has ties with the Arizona schools and Colorado. The Pac would take them if it meant adding UT

I wouldn't be surprised one bit. I'm probably wrong on this, but I believe that you guys have something crazy like 2 losing seasons since 2003 and those were 5 win years. Houston has been the model of consistency, one that we aspire to be. We've had 4 coaches in that time and 3 winning seasons.

We may have won last night, and believe me, I hope with our new Administration and Coaching Staff (and philosophy) that we are on the road to consistency. The same road that Houston has been on for over a decade.

You guys will win 7-8 games this year and represent your school, state and our conference very well. I'm glad you're in our conference and hope that our yearly matchups become a heated rivalry game on an annual basis! And, your fans were extremely classy in defeat last night.

I’m very skeptical that Colorado and the Arizonas would have the juice to make that decision. But who knows.

The real question is figuring out how to pay Bevo way more than anybody else in the league, which is what they (UT) would demand as the price of joining. PAC has never given anybody a special deal like that. But if they (PAC) keep sucking at football/MBB like they have recently, they may swallow some of that pride. We shall see. If they can untangle that knot, deciding on the little brother will be the easy part.

You know this Native Georgian but the BONGhorns like calling all the shots and for that I don't ever see them joining any other league accept of course the independent route wich where I think they'll end up, IMHO.

As for Waco and/or Lubbock... I 100% agree... The PAC isn't interested in them two.

So losing to Tulane (again) makes Houston more attractive to the PAC and B12.
