Winless Gardner-Webb is a 15.5 point underdog to undefeated WSU. I am tempted to place a bet on WSU.

Bit of a spread, IMO. Gardner-Webb lost to a good Furman team by 7 and gave UNC a game for 30 minutes before falling by 16.

I will be quite happy with a WSU win. I will be excited if we can cover that spread. Apparently Vegas thinks WSU is as good as UNC.

RE: AAC Basketball Games 11/18 - 12/1 (Early Season Tournament Time)
rice game will be interesting

rice was a horrible team last year, but there was a ton of whispering around houston that rice was expected to be dramatically better this year and a really good 3 point shooting
game 1- rice was KILLED by Arkansas and couldn’t hit a shot to save their lives (my first thought was "guess the rumors were wrong", rice sucks again)

since then-- went on to upset 2 top 150 teams on really good shooting (blowing out penn by 20, and winning at UCSB) --penn was supposed to be a top 100 (still might be, penn already beat bama, la salle this season)

talking quality of opponent, we are their best home game theyve had in a few seasons, not even adding its an inner city rival..should be fun..still expect houston to win

Coach P already talking up Rice so he can claim it as a good win or good loss. Sooooooooooooooooooo predictable!

1) i noted we should win.. 2) i didnt highlight it in the OP as a game of note ... 3) i noted arkansas killed them ( i could have downplayed that part)

if anything im just saying dont expect a 40 point blowout and that itll be a fun game to watch

also didnt you just try to downplay getting beatdown by st joes...and then went on to overhype the florida win (noting the cbspsorts ranking from beating them)...

lol that’s a pretty amateur take. Just because a team is winless, doesn’t mean ****. They hung with UNC for a while and are picked towards the top of their league.

Make sure you put a grand down.

dejon removed from the starting lineup after bad play the first 2 games....whats interesting is not that mills isnt taking his place..its sasser

likely a motivational tactic to remove the rust really quickly ..or re-injured hand injury

I mean houston is playing rice which means that Rice is the best defensive team in the planet.

Anyone who plays Houston is automagically a top 10 defense. It’s science

Listen, after you’ve thoroughly analyzed rice, im sure you’ll come to the conclusion that is elite defensively.

Im not saying you’ll win or lose, but that dynamic rice defense is far better then it’s numbers show.

who has said that....;....you just let me know when when you think kenpom is good and when its not, the question is does it benefit UC...you pick and choose when its important...

no one is saying rice is good on defense..
no one has denied houstons offensive struggles ..we were specifically talking about mills not, houston as a whole

Houston has no soul.

Who is their leader ? Who Is their alpha?

Like this would be a final four team if it Davis and Robinson on it. Those dudes set the tone.

This team takes a punch and crawls up she whimpers.

It’s an early take... But a few games I like uC and Memphis over Houston. I thought Houston would win the league but they have along long way to go

It's ok if Houston loses. Coach P told me Rice is a great loss!
