Wichita should be 3-0 in NET Q2. Only have one loss and it's in Q1

Some Q1's aren't the same as other Q1's. Example: Cincy/ Ohio State. Number one isn't like number 25. Just sayin.

That's one of many reasons I don't like the quad system.

To be fair it's a starting point for discussion. They don't typically treat them all the same when seeding. They do give more credit for better games against better teams within quads. Honestly the thing they don't do properly is still weight the difference between home/road/neutral when they subjectively make that with quad evaluation. Luckily the quads themselves weight it.

I wish they'd use strength of record metrics and predictive metrics and ditch the quads but the quads aren't too bad.

In theory, the Team Value Index (the most heavily weighted component of the NET) is "set up to reward teams who beat other good teams."

Not sure why you included RPI, like it or hate it the NCAA said the quads will be ranked using the NET.

Do you have the current info on this?

The information available to me indicated that the NCAA was using RPI to classify teams into Quadrants.

However, they may well have shifted to using NET quadrants.

Both versions are presented above, because the site (see link above) presents both RPI and NET versions of the current quadrants. Comparing the two versions is apparently of current interest in some sectors.
