That was one of the most disturbing videos I have ever seen. The man was cuffed and already on the ground and was not resisting in any way.

Those of y’all saying “he should’ve complied” or referencing Chicago as if to deflect this are being dicks to be dicks. This guy was murdered. Not a ton of debate.

Call me a conspiracy theorist, but I feel like this was a staged public execution in a key district for a congressional seat. IIhan Omar’s district. Nothing pulls votes like race wars. Somebody’s getting marching orders and they abusing Black Death to pander to black voters.

You want to protest. Legally arm yourselfs and assemble. Dare those cops to throw tear gas or shoot rubber bullets at you then....

I agree w/ all 3 points. Hopefully the FBI will look into Item 2. Don't get me wrong, this kind of stuff does happen unfortunately, but a red flag went off when I saw the video.

It really does look staged. Surely not. Why would four cops give up their freedom like this? What possible reward would be worth that?

Fat checks. Leftist twitter folks have already shared pictures of people that aren’t those cops. Trying to find association to trump but failing.

If they aren’t charged by now, with the video being plain as day, then what’s going on? They’ll hold on charges and let the tensions rise and the city burn down.

The scamdemic has failed, now it’s time to drum up race wars for the election. Biden will show sympathy and it’s his opportunity with his party to earn back good faith with black people after his racist, entitled comment last week.

He was on “the view” and still couldn’t find the words I’m sorry.

Floyd will be a martyr.

Care to point out where anyone said anything about complied?

It's mentioned once in this thread...that was by you. Now twice

So complied wasn’t said, but we are just arguing semantics otherwise.

And Herd May have been referencing just “in general”.

POUND OF FLESH

I can’t do a ton about a criminal committing a crime. I, and you, should be concerned when a civilian is murdered by an officer.

If he can't breath, how does he keep talking? I can see why the cop might not believe him.

I don't know when he actually got medical attention. That will be the key factor in determining charges.

Yep

Those cops should be in prison for a long long long time.

But apparently us showing concern over murderers in Chi will make them stop. We are being selective.

Theres literally a 7 minute video of a policeman slow killing a defenseless man while onlookers scream for him to stop. Truly chilling, outrage inducing, and sad.

First off the only video I watched was in the first post on this topic. With that, why do you think those cops...should be in prison? Did you watch another video where the other three. The three that did not put their knee on anyone actually committed a crime?

I dont have any problem with the one cop being charged. I dont think he came close to committing murder. Even with the man dying. But some charges should be against him unless. Yes there is a unless...unless everything he did with his knee was what his training taught him to do. Yes he was a ******* keeping the knee there but from that one video I did not see a murder. Unless what he did was not the training he was taught.

The other three should not be charged based on that one video. I will wait for you to tell me why they should?

I talked to a retired University of Memphis law professor friend of mine. He said those cops are screwed. He said the state and the feds will both prosecute them, and double jeopardy won't apply.

Fine, I’ll indulge. I think the cop has a snowball chance in hell...but he needs the autopsy to be inconclusive.

BACK STORY

YES. BECAUSE IT'S LITERALLY ON VIDEO.

What backstory is okay for you to justify slowkilling a man? Truly. Please purvey us with such a specific scenario where you're like "yah... that 7 minute choke out was exactly the right call".
