Seems like such a sweet kid and good dad. Such a (seemingly) genuine and all-around relatable situation.

Which is why personal finance and/or a tax course should be a required part of the curriculum in schools. It should be common knowledge that the goal of the refund is to be as close to $0 as possible.

I'll never forget my first check at Kings Island when they took out charges for my uniform that they forced me to buy. I was not happy.
