Jan 15, he will attend the Bear Bryant Coach of the Year Ceremonies, where he is one of the finalist!! This is a good program, the show with all the Coach of the year Finalists and other celebrities, raises money for charity. Congrats Coach K!!!!

I'm a realist though, and I think the nature of the loss to Georgia Tech ended his Cinderella chances.
Still, it's a tremendous honor for a simply terrific young man! I'm delighted for his entire family and his parents, Dave & Barbara (whom I have gotten to know fairly well).
I'm going to cross everything I have on the 15th!
