What's the appeal of Mike Pompeo?

He seems to understand what the biggest threat to our nation/world is and the only thing that worries me in regards to future generations.

Most of the left vs right crap is a waste of time and doesn't impact me in anyway, shape, or form.

Gabbard would be a plus on either party's ticket. I'm curious what the draw would be for her to a Republican party that seems to have a large segment of the base ready to abandon any "RINO" that doesn't toe every inch of what they view as the party line...?

If democrats succeed in making a martyr out of Trump, as the seem bound and determined to do, republicans will have the luxury of having Trump supporters so angry with democrats that they could run anybody and still get those votes.

What I'd like to see them do is get a really solid platform of ideas to solve our problems, instead of just going democrat-lite, and then find the person with the most and widest appeal to head it up.
