1. Not just in the Spin Room but on all boards at CSNBBS the discussion prohibits politics and religion from derailing and destroying threads in which the OP intended other to be talked about.

2. The Spin Room has become a De Facto Political Forum. Let it stand as that and also the discussion of cultural issues. Religion broaches all subjects ultimately so we are going to dedicate a space for it in the Buckley - Vidal Sub Forum.

Here are the rules pertaining to that Sub Forum:
A. If the OP is discussing politics that thread is to have no religious posts.

B. If the OP is discussing religion that thread is to have no political posts.

C. If the OP is discussing politics and religion as they interrelate then both may be discussed.

D. There will be no trolling, or drive by posts. The offending parties will be dealt with immediately and harshly.

E. Those discussing polity, discipline, doctrine, or some other form of religious governance will state their denominational background or that they have none. This enables other posters to understand better where their stances and beliefs are coming from in relation to the Biblical passages they may cite. Listening will be as important as speaking.

F. Personal Attacks will not be tolerated. You may openly disagree but give the other person of faith the space in which they stand.

G. Outside of the merely Political threads this will not be a space for atheists. Every board on this site is a forum for atheists already. This space will be set aside in the threads pertaining to Religion and Faith for the Religious and Faithful.

H. If you can not agree after a substantive debate agree to move on, "Shake the dust off your feet!"

I. If you read a post on the main forum you wish to respond to, cite it in this forum as your OP and make a response in the Buckley - Vidal sub forum.

J. There will be no religious discussions in the Kyra Memorial Spin Room, period.

Those of you looking to have discussions about faith will be protected and moderated according to the rules I've laid out in the Buckley - Vidal Sub Forum.

If you are trolled, or if any of these rules are violated remember "Report, Don't Retort."

I'll be watching. We'll see how this works and make adjustments as needed.

So to be clear, No Politics on any Conference Forums or in the Lounge, or on the College Sports and Realignment Board, Period! No Religious Discussions on those boards either, Period! And no trolling of the persons of Faith in the Buckley - Vidal Sub Forum, Period.

Rules start at 8:00 AM on Wednesday the 24th of February 2021.
