The duct tape seems like a good solution to fact that most carriers do not offer the three-point belt restraint (shoulder belt) provided in passenger vehicles.

I’d gladly pay that extra $17 per flight for main cabin premium seating if this perk came with.

In the first article I saw a passenger had photos and posted on Intragram about how horrible the crew was, using unnecessary force. She said the woman was obviously in distress and needed help, and comforting. NO LADY, SHE IS TRYING TO KILL EVERYBODY ON THE PLANE! The crew did a great job, and somebody should have tased the stupid passenger that could not see that.
