Stadium may not be “done” by 2026 but I bet it will be open for business!

I’m hoping we’re on the inaugural home season schedule and I for one will be glad to “pardon any dust” if it comes down to it!!!!

Doesn't matter if it is done in 26 or 27. Just that it is being built.

We’re right on pace. Exactly where we should be.

Knowing what I know about capital projects....I predict a less than 1% chance it is finished by 2026. If it happens probably closer to 2028 or 2030.

We’ve literally built every major project within 6 months of it’s designated date. We’re working with two of the leading firms in the entire world and they hit their dates.

It will open in 2026. We were originally scheduled for 2027 but after many many meetings, the board moved it up a year.

This isn’t a casual number we’re hoping to hit. It’s the revised number based on decades of experience.

So far we have hit every date we’ve set and fundraising is going well. Finances are falling into place. At this point, we’re slightly ahead of projected schedule which is good since we know it may fall behind a bit during construction.

Best part is, prices are expected to drop on critical pieces. There’s some cool design features we would like if Costs allow… like LED stadium lighting. The Buccaneers have it and it’s awesome!

Metal down 14% recently and expected to be flat or go down 5% more this year and lumber is down huge.
