If Salter or Brewer is not back by the time we play Brigham Young, I’m afraid that we will be absolutely embarrassed.

Nice win today. Score doesn’t tell the story of how the defense played. Pretty happy with how workman like and routine this looked.

2022 Liberty at UMass Highlights.

HC Freeze was asked in his press conference today about QB Brewer. Freeze said that Brewer is working on his hand strength on the injured arm. He even mentioned a possible return for him next week which is the BYU game. This is the most optimistic Freeze has spoken about Brewer returning play since the UAB game.

I think he said this week (GW) or next week (Byu), but one of the two. So, it's possible he gets some reps against GW, which I hope he's well enough to do to start knocking some rust off. He also said he threw some balls yesterday and would today as well, which is a good sign. Glad to be 5 and 1 but I'm getting weary of watching this QB shuffle and inconsistent offense.

I am thankful having to go 4 deep at QB we are still 5-1 and yards away from 6-0. It says a lot about our quality coaching and depth.
