Seattle U dominates Tarleton in the 2nd half. Tarleton 0-2 vs SU last 2 years.

Big game on Saturday, SUU at SU

When you only score 4 points in the first 10 minutes of the second half, the outcome will not be optimal. I wish we could shoot like Southern Utah, damn! they can hit those 3's like no tomorrow!

Wilcats beat UTA 84 to 68. Several ACU players seemed to get back to their rhythm, playing with high intensity.

ACU looked like their old selves tonight. Tanner did better with his rotations. I hope we keep it up.

UTA has some real athletes. If they get things going they could really beat most anyone on any given night. They made some really good plays tonight against us.

They were a mystery because they did have some amazing athletes and executed some dramatic basketball, but there were periods of poor play as well. At some point they might come together and be really tough. They seemed to lack a game plan or were predictable.

Rough beating for Tarleton in Riverside. Guess that CUSA application is getting lost in the mail soon.

I’m honestly questioning how Tarleton went D1 with such an overall subpar athletic department. Another embarrassing blowout loss. They don’t belong in the WAC, much less Conference USA! Sick of them dragging down the perception and giving a bad name to my team’s conference. Them and their cracker box gym!

For the readers who are out of state, and are wondering what is the deal with these posters from Sam Houston:

We are a big state, so big that we have a giant prison system. That prison system is so giant that we have a large state university, located next to the prison headquarters, that specializes more or less entirely in giving bachelor's degrees to prison guards, so that they can move up from Guard III to Officer I. They also offer MS degrees, so that officers can move up from Officer III to Assistant Warden.

That large university is Sam Houston State University. Not that there is anything wrong with what they do, it's honest work and someone has to do it. But it's a rough business and they can't spend too much time on the soft skills. Good football and decent basketball, though.

Hats off to CBU - they were on fire tonight. 13 bombs from downtown is hard to overcome! Beyond that, they have a complete team, maybe the best in the WAC.

Cal Baptist is for real! Congrats on the win. I am curious as to why all the posters from Prison U hate us so much? As far as our "cracker box" gym, SHSU is one to talk, with all the empty space behind the players seats! That looks so high class! I guess you could build bleachers there, but what is the point since all the prisoners/students can not attend the games anyway, and no one else does either. By the way we are building a new arena! So, suck it Sammy.

thats rough, I can relate we were neck and neck at halftime with Seattle and came out and scored 4 points in the first 10 minutes of second half. Sigh, rough to watch sometimes.

UTA has a talented team, but they are young, and they have a horrid fg %. If they could shoot better they would be scary.
