Where are the SEC insiders?
Lot’s of Big 12, Big Ten, PAC and now ACC based information coming out, but I’m not seeing much from the SEC guys.

Who should I pay attention to? They could be Twitter or message board posters, even YouTubers. Obviously media personnel.

Tony Barnhardt is your best source in the SEC. You'll have to Google him as he is now independent. He is trusted inside the Conference office.

The rest of these are just Johnny come Latelys who know nothing, spread crap to get hits, and are trusted by nobody.

Paul Finebaum likely knows but ESPN writes his check so he won't say anything that is accurate and is known to release disinformation about realignment. For instance a week before the story broke he flat denied that Texas would ever join the SEC. He either gets treated like a mushroom or deliberately obfuscates things ESPN is involved in and with realignment that is everything the SEC may be contemplating.

Traditionally the SEC is more tight lipped than any of the other conferences.
