Should be interesting. It came up so fast I haven't heard from anyone on this one.

Just guessing here so take this with a grain of salt but that the difference in the Apple deal is that they will guarantee an annual payout instead of tying it to subscription numbers.

Grant of WHAT Rights? That's the question. Granting all your streaming rights is not a big deal if there is a mechanism for broadcasts of games to be easily sold in addition to the deal.
