You’ve got it lol. Nice effort to bring some crowd noise at a home game, but side effect of annoying the crap out of everyone.

The vuvuzelas had a duck beak noise maker which required air but no user skill... borderline violation for what is considered legal... if that place was packed and it actually made a difference that should have been a penalty. Duck dynasty out here... unreal.

Miami reminds me of what happened to Ohio last year when Rourke got knocked out just before we won the East. Even though they are our top rival, I hate to see this first and foremost for the player's sake and beyond that because it is just bad for the MAC. Assuming this injury was a really serious one, that makes two MAC teams that had their QBs knocked out for the season including Akron.

The worst side effect is after the noise dies down, when a bunch of one-time use plastic is just going right into the landfill.

As it was I’m surprised they didn’t tell them to knock it off, Mississippi State fans can’t ring their cowbells once the teams break huddle.

If our defense or Gabbert offense got their act together in the 2nd instead of after halftime we probably pull that one out even with Brett’s injury, but credit to UT for coming out to play then hanging on. Imo with Aveon Smith at QB we’re more than capable of finishing 4-0 if the staff adjusts our offense, but based on what I saw yesterday and last season 2-2 is more likely.
