This happened in Tom Lee Park. Yet they don't mention that. The city is more concerned with the perception of Memphis as opposed to doing something about it. Sad really.

It appears that it actually happened on the Riverwalk above Tom Lee Park. Terrible story.

It is terrible. The story said it happened in a park and Tom Lee was the closest park.

It is a horrific story they want to bury because it does not fit their narrative and because murders are so common it loses shock value.
