Coach Williams came in with a good resume, but things haven't gotten off the ground so far. Except for the triple OT game, we haven't been close so far. Do we just need a talent upgrade. Also a pretty tough schedule.

The women have 6 out 7 games at home coming up, and a couple are sub D1, so they should be wins. And hopefully some of the D1 games as well…

I’m not sure if any additional games have been added to the schedule since it was first posted.

It has been a rough season for the ladies, but we will get a chance tonight to see how they match up with an NEC opponent. We lost to them by 8 in Chicago, but maybe we can rally the troops in Brooklyn.

Only two more chances to get a D1 win.

Even with no D1 wins, the Cougar women are still not last in the NET. They are actually ahead of a team with 4 wins.

The best news for the Cougars is joining the NEC. It’s a weak conference in women’s basketball as well. In fact, 3 of the bottom 4 teams in the NET are NEC teams. The other is Chicago State. The women ought to be able to get some more wins in the new league. It might be just what they need to boost their record and help with recruiting.
