Interesting and worth the entire listen. I'm not a lawyer nor play one on tv.

Does this guy specialize in Intellectual Properties contracts?
If not his opinions are just that and wouldn't be well informed.

Not sure, he seems familiar with Florida law though based out of Atlanta. He also seems to think FSU has a good case though there could be some bias.

Intellectual property law isn’t Florida law. It’s a very specialized variety of federal law. A different animal.

You are correct that the link you shared is a good listen. The link below is a lawyer who lays out the ACC case. Also a good listen.

David Glenn and host Mike Waddell review the lawsuits exchanged between the Atlantic Coast Conference and Florida State University.

I enjoy this. I hope The ACC kneecaps FSU and in turn I hope FSU does everything it can to cut the legs off The ACC. The longer this squabble continues the better it is for Big East immigrants in The ACC.

Don't get caught on the wrong side. 05-nono

Remember what happened to VT and WVa 70 years ago. It can happen to you if you get on the wrong side.

Already on the wrong side. There's nothing that's going to change to get Louisville into The SEC. Simply not going to happen. Kentucky's state legislature would fight against The SEC considering UofL. The backwardness of the Bluegrass State would shock those those outside the state.

I think a mafia man nearly a hundred years ago said that they could not do bussiness in Kentucky because the politicians were so corrupt.
