The most expensive part about moving the basketball arena (and then subsequently the football stadium) to the I-40 & 86 interchange would be providing a transportation system to to that location from campus for the students.

Maybe it's time to dust off the talk of the mythical monorail.

My experience is limited to football but I have to say the students show up. A cold and rainy game against WCU won't draw as well as a Duke game in nice weather but they show in bigger numbers than I expected.

If the students get moved court-side, they will show. BUt you may want to add a few busses anyway.
