MAC has its semis on CBSSN and finals on ESPN2. Better exposure than what CUSA and Sun Belt have. Sun Belt semis only on espn+. MAC tournament also at an NBA level arena. MAC might not have best net rankings but it has one of the better tournaments with facilities and TV. MAC was smart limiting the tournament to the top 8 teams. All six of the Ohio MAC schools are reaching the quarters in Cleveland.

It’s amazing what Vermont does with that gym they have in that remote location. It’s quite honestly one of the biggest miracles in the sport and it never gets talked about.

That’s certainly true, but how often does a 1 seed have a situation where they are playing a 10 seed? That alone is strange.
