The Joinder agreement to the GoR states Utah will become bound by the terms of the the B12’s GoR on the Commencement date, which is August 2, 2024.

Thus I believe if Utah cancels the admission agreement with the B12 before August 2, 2024, Utah won’t be subject to the GoR. (At least that’s my reading).

This was a reaction from a well known B10 guy.

Why won’t the B10 take Utah in addition to FSU? Utah is a better football school than Kansas and unlike Clemson they don’t have to worry about GoR until August 2.

He's given 2 charts grossly underestimating the SEC's payouts. I found it interesting that he gives the Big 10 a 15-million-dollar advantage, doesn't tell us what it is based upon and Navigate the Chicago firm used by North Carolina gave the SEC a 13-million-dollar advantage. That's a swing of 38 million with no explanation as to why. And Altimore is still light on the Big 10 at 95 million when Navigate has them at 105 million while Altimore has them at 95 and Navigate has the SEC at 118 million while Altimore as them at 80.
