Conference Championship WBB Ratings Set Records
https://theathletic.com/5336215/2024/03/...iewership/

Iowa vs Nebraska: 3.02 million (peak of 4.45 million in OT)
South Carolina vs LSU: 1.96 million
USC vs Stanford: 1.44 million

"Here is something that is mind-blowing for the sports viewership nerds. Duke-Carolina men’s games have long been the standard for regular-season college basketball viewership. Those teams played on Saturday and drew 3.076 million viewers on ESPN. The Iowa-Nebraska game was just a shade under that on Sunday and was the most-watched basketball game on Sunday on any network.

Per Sports Media Watch, the Iowa-Nebraska women’s game ranks fifth among all college basketball games — regardless of gender — this season behind an NFL-inflated Michigan State-Arizona game on Thanksgiving (5.18 million), the 3.39 million viewers who watched the Iowa women and Ohio State and both Duke-North Carolina men’s games."

RE: Conference Championship WBB Ratings Set Records
I mentioned last week, this has the makings of your '98 moment the NBA had. LSU repeat. UConn in the mix. SC undefeated. Brawls. Most prolific scorer in history. Absolutely will never see another time like this in many years to come, and I will be locked in by the Rd of 16.
