OSU/WSU PAC Status?
I don’t recall a thread but please direct if otherwise. Has there been confirmation how the PAC-2 will be treated as far as being conference champions? Will they get an autobid as a top G5 champion or treated like independents?

A conference has to have eight members for the CFP. They will be treated as independents, although I am not sure how the money will work for them next year.

They will get 1/69th of the P5 share with some adjustment for SMU. Maybe its 1/69.5.

Oregon State and Washington State should have both taken SMU's place in the ACC.

2 schools with no money, no athletic success, and no academic prestige. Those are certainly prime credentials.

The three schools that got added to the ACC have no business being there.

Which is about $6 million each for both Oregon State and Washington State.
