What a blown opportunity to possibly get to a 7 seed and win the tourney. Oh well. At least we get in the real tournament. Not seeing a chance of making it past the first weekend with how inconsistent this team is

I still wanted FAU to win this game, because it creates bad optics. If FAU won, no one would remember the score, just the outcome. Now, this is a bad loss that everybody would be pointing to.

Remember, the Selection Committee looks for any excuse to exclude anyone outside the P5 and BE. We are dealing with an organization stuffing the NIT with trash P5’s.

FAU deserves a bid and should receive it, but I will not be sure until I see it officially announced.
