An epidemic of discrimination against white and female employees.

Even 6 years ago, they were facing 15 different similar suits. Don’t seem to have learned yet.

Good thing the State of Missouri just keeps paying the suits they lose. Otherwise, there may have to be some accountability to those that seem beyond any scrutiny.

One of the suits that cost Missouri about $5 million, the school simply try to delete all of the discriminatory emails in violation of a court order, in an attempt to hide their guilt. Shady, shady, shady. And here we are years later with the same issues.

Color me shocked. Black people gain a position of authority and lord it over white people, abusing their authority and revealing their base nature. I work for a city that has about 80% black employees and I have to admit that my work environment rarely ever gets contentious, but when it does, rest assured it's because some black manager is upset about something, and decides to take it out on the old white IT dude. So far in 15 months that's only happened about 3 times though.

Until recently Memphis hasn't seen the social unrest so prevalent in other urban centers and generally people get along pretty well (when they aren't being murdered or robbed).
