I don't know how I originally became away of the Maple Syrup Reserve, but this seems important. I really want to say that Climate Change Science is largely self-serving, but who wins when Maple Syrup dries up? NOBODY, that's who! We need to fix our climate so we can all enjoy Maple Syrup in our later years!

I actually rarely eat the real stuff, but it's hilarious to talk about it.
