1) Power Supply... cold fusion? solar?
2) Internet Connection... satellite? dropped line?
3) Computer... a beastly dual Opteron linux system
4) TV ... anything HDTV and largish
5) TV programming... no doubt satellite
6) Girlfriend
7) Norelco shaver
8) House... something simple yet sturdy
9) Bed
10) Recliner

I can progress from there... doing things on the internet for money to buy further stuffs to be airdropped in

I am not surprised that she is 6 on that list. In fact I am surprised that she beat the recliner.

Assuming "deserted" island means no other people, it would seem that #6 would have to be a pile of Playboys and a box of kleenex.
