I interviewed two guys for a job today. Both of them shook hands like a limp noodle........ I wish men would learn to shake hands like a freakin man.

Right. And, it's not just men that need to learn that.

I went to some networking seminar/lecture in college and they spent a good ten minutes talking about handshakes. Then, the lecturer walked around and tested people's shakes. I must proudly say that when she shook my hand, she gave resounding approval. :D

But, seriously, people seem to either be too afraid to actually touch people... or they try to overcompensate by crushing somebody's hand. A nice, firm shake is a friendly way of saying "hi" to the person you're meeting. Too many people treat it as a formality -- as something to get out of the way. That's a shame.

Reminds me of the 'King of the Hill' episode when Hank Hill was eagerly waiting to shake GW Bush's hand during a campaign rally in Arlen. He was disappointed and disturbed when he discovered GW's handshake was like a limp noodle.

I like to screw with people and give them a limp hand shake every now and then to keep them on their toes.

UCF Fan: Do you think O'Leary is the answer? He has to be better than that last coach you guys had.

Well I think O'Leary is a big part of the formula to future success. He really cracked down on this team and finally brought them some discipline. If he brought past success to Georgia Tech, and was originally hired to coach what is historically a premier program at Notre Dame, then why wouldn't he be able to bring this team into the national spot light and create one that resides in the upper eschelons of college football? Kruzcek wasn't bad of a coach but he just wasn't good enough. One thing that I really respect is that unlike Kruzcek, O'Leary is very reserved about talking about this team. Hes not going off and claiming that UCF will crush their opponents like the former coach often did.
