- cbfranchise3 - 04-03-2004 04:01 PM He won't start. But he will play. - marshallisqbu - 04-03-2004 04:49 PM i'll be surprised if he gets in at th is pace. d.c. is flowing well on the offensive third - cbfranchise3 - 04-03-2004 06:02 PM Adu got in at about 58 minutes. He had some poor touches, but overall played well. DC United beats defending champs 2-1, and overall outplayed them thoroughly. - marshallisqbu - 04-03-2004 07:06 PM I didn't get to see him much, but the bits I saw he did fine. He's got some work to do though to make a big impact in the mls. - GrayBeard - 04-03-2004 10:23 PM Couldn't believe the red cards in that game. None that I saw were deserved...Yellows would have been good calls, but the reds were uncalled for and unnecesary. :bang: - cbfranchise3 - 04-03-2004 10:27 PM GrayBeard Wrote:Couldn't believe the red cards in that game. Have they ever heard of the advantage rule, because DC could have had two more goals if the ref had. And I agree the second red card was not waranted, but the first definitely was. But the miscalls on the advantage were the worst calls I have ever seen. - 1125 - 04-03-2004 10:30 PM MarshallWINS Wrote:I didn't get to see him much, but the bits I saw he did fine.
