I'm a celebrity now...NOT!

But really, I was coming out of the Free Expression tunnel today (a tunnel on campus that most people walk through to get to class) when I saw a guy standing on top of some brick steps just looking at everyone coming out of the tunnel. As I came out of the tunnel he came up to me and asked me if I wanted to be in an American Eagle commericial and get paid 100 bucks a day for it. Of course I said yes...so he sent me down to the Turlington (dorm on campus) basement where they were having kids fill out forms and taking polaroids.

So they took a picture of everyone...then told some kids to leave and some kids to stay. Luckily I was one of the kids they told to stay and then they took me into wardrobe and get me some clothes to wear for the commercial. We rehearsed for about an hour today, and we're going to shoot the commercial tomorrow (if rain allows), and on Sunday. Then they're going to come back next Saturday to finish it up.

That's 4 days x 100 bucks = 400 bucks!! Woohoo! Perfect for a poor college student!

Well anyways...I couldn't go out tonight cause I've got to wake up and be there at freaking 7 in the morning!! But it's nice out there..they brought us pizza and they had snack bars lined up everywhere with water and soft drinks. And they also have regular American Eagle models in the commercial too... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" /> !

Oh well...it should be fun, and I need the money.

I still have $22.83 in gift cards for Christmas to spend there, and my birthday is a month away, guess i won't be asking for clothes from there, actually I will then I'll have $22.83

Man today sucked. Get there at 7am and didn't leave till freakin 7pm.

We took shot...after shot...after shot...after shot...I guess you get the point. I want to know how long this freakin commercial is gonna be. I can't really feel my feet right now, but I can see them throbbing. I didn't even get to get any sun because they put me in a freakin' sweatshirt and it was 75+ degrees outside!!!

Oh well...I guess it's better making a hudred bucks then maybe spending 20 eating for the day. They fed us the whole time. Nice lunch with pork chops, mac&cheese, salad, and pizza. I also get to keep all the clothes I wear..which are decent. I found out the whole commercial is costing 1 million dollars!! 4 days shooting...that's 250K a day! Anyways..I thought that was a lot.

Oh well...got to do it again tomorrow. At least I get to sleep an hour later, cause we've got to be there at 8am instead of 7.
