NOT WAKE FOREST. Screw all of you who probably thought we were one of the two.

Well-the title is a bit misleading. This list refers more to worst seasons that worst overall. Duke would still make that list I bet but not UVA. Anyone have stats to support my theory? (I'm too feverish to look-flu-blah!!!)

I dont think Duke would make all time worst list. Duke has been good (last time in 94) been very good (Spurrier years) and have been great (the Iron Dukes). Duke has lots of tradition, been to all 4 major bowls (something even mighty FSU cant say). Duke is very bad now but they are not the worst of all time, IMHO

Then they lost the Rose Bowl...(Played in Durham)
7-3, in the last two minutes. I think that
"unscored" upon stat is very impressive.

Kansas State..until Snyder came along, was probably the most pitiful excuse for a college
football program in history. Amazing what that
man did! Same could be said for George Welsh
and what he did for UVA.

it was the 38 Devils-Called The Iron Dukes- they up 3-0 with 40 seconds left. then Southern Cal scored a touchdown. it was in Kalifornia

the 42 Rose Bowl was held at Wallace Wade.

Unfortunately, dook would not make the all-time worst list.

Oh yeah, Well, Loyola would have the best football team. We've been undefeated since 1852.

I knew a Rose Bowl was played at Wallace Wade
because of Pearl Harbor and a threat of an
attack on the West Coast.

'42 Rose Bowl when the Dookies lost to Oregon State.
