I just saw on goutsa.com that UTSA Football has posted their latest version of the 2013 roster:

Please note that this roster does not list any for the 4 JUCO's that signed last month nor Skylar Nelson (the 2012 signee who greyshirted last fall) yet; they should be listed come National Signing Day on February 6 and/or when spring practices start (when all the other 2013 signees are listed as well).
Along with the omission of the 6 departing seniors from last season and the four that were dismissed last month (Rosser, Brown, Poullard, and James), there are 6 other players from last season that are not listed in this latest roster anymore:
Besides scholarship defensive end Dan Winter leaving the team, the most notable scholarship player to not be on this updated roster is quarterback Ryan Polite. I have no idea why he is not listed on there anymore, I couldn't tell you if he was dismissed, quit the team, transferred, etc.; I'll let the pros look into this :-)
However, with 3 scholarship QB's already on the roster (Soza, Carter, Conque) and the 2013 QB commit Robinson coming in, it doesn't take too much work to realize that the "writing was all over the wall" so to speak. But again, I'm not entirely sure.
The other 4 players that aren't listed on there anymore either are:
Miguellino Byrd
Sean Evans
Sal Martinez
Andy Flores
All four of these guys were walk-on's, though some of them may have been preferred walk-on's.
Aside from the addition of the new signees 2013, please note that this roster can change again anytime from now till the beginning of the 2013 season if more attrition occurs.

Jerry Brigg's article about roster changes said Polite will probably play somewhere else. It'll be interesting to see where he goes and how he does. He has some talent.
