Saw this posted this morning on yahoo sports. I can honestly say I have never seen/heard of this, nor was I aware of this rule.

As much as we like to screw around on special teams, why not insert this play?

Shouldn't that be offensive pass interference or illegal contact since the second WR is actively blocking the CB while the ball is in the air?

In the NFL I know there's no pass interference for a pass thrown to a receiver behind the line of scrimmage. Not sure about college.
