UNCW has dropped over-the-air radio in favor of the CAA's "Stretch Internet" based online media platform. So if you want to listen to or watch games, that's your only option.
The problem? It appears to suck unless you have a lightening fast internet connection. I just got finished trying to watch "on demand" the UNCW/Catawba exhibition, and it was a pretty bad experience. If I was trying t watch a live game, it would have been totally useless.
Am I missing a trick here? Is there some way to better utilize the platform? To listen to an audio-only stream?
I recall a JMU-poster writing about how bad it was there. Maybe someone has figured out how to crack the code?
