The Balls on WWE - CrimsonPhantom - 06-27-2017 04:30 PM

Quote:During WWE Raw at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Monday night, LaMelo Ball used a racial slur.

LaMelo appeared on the show with his father, LaVar, and one of his brothers, Lonzo, who was selected No. 2 overall in the 2017 NBA draft by the Lakers.

According to Houston Mitchell of the Los Angeles Times, LaMelo yelled, "Beat that [expletive]," saying the N-word during a segment involving intercontinental champion The Miz and Dean Ambrose.

LaMelo's miscue came amid chaos as LaVar ripped off his shirt and began walking around the ring before Ambrose interrupted.

I actually thought Lavar's stuff was hilarious and found myself laughing. When it comes to LaMelo, it is probably the way that he was raised and it is just apart of his everyday language, but he isn't used to live TV so he probably let it slip and his dad probably got on him about it after the fact.
