Interesting.
IMO, Never Say Never Again is a tough call.... and I personally never saw how that one got to market and was basically allowed to "remix" Thunderball. It was a theatrically released film though and has Sean Connery playing Bond as well. Casino Royale, the first one, might be a tougher call--I had heard it was some made for tv movie but I could be wrong on that one.
