So, one year after finally cracking the top tier of the USNWR academic rankings ODU slips out of them yet again. This is so frustrating. Especially so when over the last 20 years we have gone from equal or better in quality to GMU, VCU, UNCC and ECU (the three most similar schools to ODU) to getting creamed by them. I sent Broderick a nice email when we finally hit the top tier last year and increased my giving directly as a result. He can expect a letter not quite as congratulatory this year.

GMU 141
VCU 171
UNCC 191
ECU 207
ODU NR
Except for ECU all of the above seem to rise every year.
