Lets just say - you know for fun - that Hillary was in office right now.
What are the odds that all of the complaining and foot stomping would be EXACTLY the same - just red complaining instead of blue complaining. Red protests instead of blue protests..........
When are you all going to realize that 50% of the people hate Red and the other 50% hate Blue. It will never end, half the people will be unhappy ALL THE TIME.
So I will suggest one more time - STOP WASTING YOUR TIME BIATCHING and actually try to accomplish something. If you all spent 50% of the energy you spend on complaining about President X - actually trying to do somethign besides complain, we would be in an unfathomly better position as a country today.
Complain and defend.... complain and defend... elect a new president, then complain and defend ........ wash - rinse - repeat.

Well when we are borrowing to cover operating expenses, it costs me money in what I have to pay in the future.
Either match expenses to revenue or revenue to expenses.
Borrowing for operating costs is only prudent during wars and recessions.

As long as you acknowledge that on the same basis as you get the $1.5 trillion and $1 trillion numbers, Obama is responsible for $9.5 trillion, we are on the same page.
I said above what it will take to balance the budget. That’s still what it takes, several posts later. Still waiting for someone to come up with an alternative.

Just doing what Dems always do. Knowing Reps need Dem votes for Military spending They hold hostage the American taxpayers to a lot of low level need domestic spending BS that They later will blame Trump for come November. It worked with Bush, where the Dems blamed massive spending on even though it was stuff Dems tacked on that inflated it. Guess what though, Trump Ain't Bush ! That tactic won't work. American Tax Payers know where the added expense is going too.

Yep, unprecedented military budget that even the generals did not ask for. As a matter of fact, even Trumpf did not ask for that much. Thank you war hawks for needlessly increasing the debt.

Yep. When the GOP gets control they will try to cut some spending on the programs they don’t like, but any progress they do make gets eaten up and then some by increasing military spending. Then the Dems get power and increase across the board because that’s just what they do. At least they are up front about being fine with spending like drunken sailors. The GOP pretends to care about fiscal responsibility but other than maybe Rand Paul they don’t care.

I've said this before and I mean it: Islamism, Leftism, and Americanism are battling now for world values in the 21st century. Only one will win.
So the time for being consistent in your political views is long past. My goal is to see the complete and total destruction militant Islam, and then to remove leftism as a viable force in American politics (and hopefully the current Republican party not to far behind.)
And if that means Trump runs a deficit, then fine by me.

No worse than spend like a drunken sailor to enrich the already rich, and cut taxes that benefit primarily the rich AND add to the national debt.
Dems would never pull a double whammy like this.
