What do you mean "sounds like"?
19 year old male illegally in possession of a handgun. Two killed in a dorm, suspect left the scene. Reasons that it is more crime of necessity (drug deal gone bad) or passion (jealous ex or lover's spat) than a copycat or mass shooting.

Clearly the answer to this problem is to raise the age to purchase handguns to 21, make it illegal to have them on campus, and strictly regulate concealed carry.

It's not a prison...it's a school. In most, family and friends can visit pretty much any time except for the overnight hours. And even then they can stay if they have permission.
