That's a good sign considering he wants to keep Ollie and go to the Big East (saving the $10 Mil for the AAC exit fee).

I had to unfollow. It was always too tempting to reply and that never leads anywhere

It's too easy to troll him (actually he admitted two people run the account)

I agree on Dunphy, he's too inconsistent.

Haith's biggest problem at Tulsa has been his inability to get the team ready to play in non-conference against bad teams. Every year he has been at Tulsa we've had a handful of WTF losses. Specifically losses to: South East Oklahoma St., Lamar, Oral Roberts, and probably a few slightly better teams.

But he isn't remotely close to getting the ax, coming into this season Tulsa had the 3rd most conference wins in the 3 years Tulsa has been in the AAC. Behind only SMU and Cincinnati. We are probably 2nd now, looking at the last 4 years. Obviously, that stat is a bit misleading now that WSU was added just this year though.

Nailed it. Although to be fair last year we had a ton of new players and Brit just played poorly all year. This year the Aussie running off so late threw us.

Next year needs to come with out wtf moments or people are going to be more critical.

PS

Cmullins come see us on the Tulsa board, it's not just rabid talking to himself anymore, there are actual conversations going on

another article that gives more info and some players opinions on KO

our AD regarding Ollie and the season.
“We just got done with the season and we’re very disappointed, obviously,” Benedict said. “I’m going to take time to sit down and reflect, but we didn’t reach the expectations we have for our program. … We’ll go through the [evaluation] process and we’ll get to the end of it when we get to the end of it.”

Asked if changing coaches was “on the table,” Benedict responded: “I’m not going to answer a hypothetical question at this point in time.”

Christian Vital on Kevin Ollie
“He’s a great coach. Everyone has a whole bunch of stuff to say from the outside, but they don’t know what it is to be in the gym, him supporting us and stuff like that. I’ll leave everyone else to be negative from the outside, but I fully support him.”

Jalen on Kevin Ollie
“I definitely stand for him and I think he’s a great coach,” Jalen Adams said. “He knows what he is doing, he’s drawing up good plays and I definitely think he deserves his job and should be back here coaching. He loves UConn, he would do anything for UConn. Once you get a guy like that, there is nothing better than that. I don’t care what the critics say with the wins and losses, obviously that matters, but it’s a process and it’s not going to happen overnight.”

Jalen Adams on if he is coming back.
“I plan on coming back next year. I have to talk to my parents, I haven’t thought about leaving or anything.” Asked if his decision might be affected by whether or not Ollie returns, he repeated, “I have to talk to my parents.” Adams, who injured his thumb in the game against Houston, went 3-for-11 Thursday. “It was a tough situation for him,” Ollie said, “but he’s a warrior, he’s fought for us all year.”

Let's hope Benedict doesn't base his decision on those players' quotes...

No Dunphy is not inconsistent. He is consistently bad. And out of touch with todays players. No offensive game plan. Brown dribbles too much. He doesnt teach rebounding. we get constantly outrebounded with big physical guys.
He probably has third best talent in the league, and F's it up.

He wont be fired because everybody loves "DUNPH". I call BS. He is collecting a teaching salary in addition to $2.5mm, tons of perks, has a huge house in Villanova, and a pricey beach front house in Stone Harbor.

STEALING MONEY IS A CRIME FRANNY !!! Do the right thing and resign.
